School Council

  2022-2023

We are so proud of all the children from Class 2 & 3 who put themselves forward to be part of the school council this year.
They showed real determination and bravery when speaking to the whole school over two assemblies this week. They had all written fantastic speeches.

The voting took place yesterday. Congratulations to Amelia Wingfield, Lucy Taylor, Daisy Mulchinock and Catherine Baker on their appointments.

We would also like to recognise Edward Watson and Noah Bickley as our new Lunchtime Club Organisers.

                                                           School Council

                                              2020-2021

The election process had to be slightly different this year due to the current circumstances. In order to involve the whole school, our Year 6 candidates who wanted to take on the key roles of Chair and Secretary, presented their speeches through Microsoft Teams. The rest of the school then voted anonymously for their chosen candidate.

Meet our new Y6 Chairperson, Aiden and Y6 Secretary, Miley. Well done!

Our class council representatives were voted for by their class. They also did a speech about why they thought they were right for the post.

Congratulations to:

Year 2 -Daisy M and Archer

Year 3- Daisy S and William

Year 4 -Rupert and Amelie

Year 5-Jack and Amelie

We are on a mission this year to collect your empty ink cartridges! Please read the information below and send in any empty ink cartridges. We will send home special bags that you can put your ink cartridges in but you can also just send them in and we will sort them out. For every ink cartridge that we return, it is recycled and we receive a small payment (between 10p and £1). This money will go towards our goals this year!

Along with the money that we will raise we will also receive 'green points'. There is a link below that lists the rewards that we can pick for the school if we receive enough empty cartridges.

Thank you! smiley
